Field Service Engineer (Contract)

Our client, a listed US MNC and a Fortune 200 company, is one of the world's largest and most respected providers of information technology services.

Job scope:

• Provides first level desktop, LAN / WAN support, server/router maintenance, system backups (servers, routers, etc), emergency on-site visits (server down, etc).
• Serves as customer service representative in support of applicable systems, application, products and services
• Provides limited guidance/training on systems and products to client
• Assists in performing operational support of existing systems and products, for example, diagnosing and resolving problems with users and data center personnel
• Participates in resolving technical issues the first time to limit financial burden to both clients and line of service provider

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder (S1)
• Minimum 4 years working experience with desktop, server or network support skills
• Experience of hands-on desktop, network, and server troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Other info:

• 1 year contract renewable (long term contract)
• Work location: Jakarta Selatan
• Basic salary + benefits
